Refund & Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned—and that’s okay! At Pawndhaven, your satisfaction and your pet’s well-being are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’ve built a fair, friendly, and flexible Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Our Promise to You

We’re committed to providing high-quality pet services and products. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase or experience, we’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement, a return, or a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item or service must meet the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery or service completion
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition (for physical goods)
  • There is a clear issue with service delivery, pet health promises, or product quality
  • You have valid proof of purchase (order ID, email confirmation, or invoice)

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

While we’d love to accommodate every case, some items are unfortunately non-refundable due to health, safety, or ethical concerns:

  • Live animals (puppies) once delivered and accepted
  • Used grooming or pet hygiene products
  • Opened pet food, supplements, or treats
  • Services already rendered (e.g. grooming, vet checkups, daycare)

4. Refunds for Services

If you’re not satisfied with any of our services—boarding, grooming, veterinary care, etc.—please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer:

  • A service redo or adjustment
  • A partial or full refund (based on the situation)
  • A discount toward your next visit

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

We’ve made the process quick and fuss-free. Just follow these steps:

  1. Email Support@pawndhaven.com or call 301-597-3930
  2. Include your full name, order ID, and reason for return or refund
  3. Attach photos (if applicable) for product concerns
  4. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps

6. Shipping Returns

If returning a product, please ship it to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item sent or defective product).

7. Processing Time for Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item or reviewed your service issue, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
