We prioritise the health, safety, and smooth transition of every pet to their new home. Before purchasing, please read the following care and delivery policies carefully:

Health & Vaccinations

• All pets are examined by certified veterinarians before delivery.
• Vaccination records and health status are provided on request.
• A health guarantee applies for the first 7 days after delivery.

Pickup & Shipping

• Free pickup is available from our Louisiana location for all orders over $500.
• Nationwide delivery is available for an additional fee based on pet type and shipping class.
• Live animals are shipped via licensed transporters following USDA regulations.

Responsibility of Buyers

• Ensure someone is available to receive the pet at the time of delivery.
• Make sure your location complies with local pet ownership laws.
• Contact us immediately if your pet shows signs of stress or illness within 48 hours of arrival.
